As the local group we are affiliated of the British Dyslexia Association (BDA).
BDA is the national voice of dyslexic people and their main aims are:Lobbying for changes in the education system at government level
Encouraging better awareness of dyslexia in Teacher Training programmes
Securing better support for students at university
Providing support and training for local Dyslexia Associations
Offering training to teachers and teaching assistants throughout the country.
